I just have this feeling like I need to take in every cat and breed them and have like a little zoo of like 100 cats running around my house.
I don’t know. Everysince I look my cat to the vet 6 months ago I had this crazy feeling like i need more cats.
So yeah.
What do I do.

Volunteer at a shelter socializing with cats. This will help the earge of being around cats and help out homeless cats as well. Please do not breed. There are SO many cats that get put down in shelters because there is no space. Do something to help the cause, no make it worse.

Some people are overwhelmed with two cats, and some feel energized with ten. Some people fall in love with kittens, and want to see more and more of them, without realizing they don’t stay kittens for long.
When this turns from desire to tragedy is when a person takes in large numbers of cats, they breed to result in more, and the person thinks they are helping them out, and not recognizing that the cats are in poor health, the house is unlivable, and they are actually being terrible to the cats.
I don’t get concerned when a person has a large number of cats, provided all the cats are in good health, they are cared for, and the house is not a barn. But too often the person loses the balance. It becomes a mental illness.

Oh I know how you feel, I had one cat before and I felt like I need to breed her because I though since people stop making cats breed that they will all go extinct one day, I know really stupid Idea…But then My mum took all the female cats out of the house, then I was left with one boy cat named Tsuki…
Just have 2 more cats,thats the maximum ,why don’t you become a breeder..and sell them in shops.

Do not breed them! I have ALOT of cats. 6 inside, 1 inside outside, 1 that lives in my yard, 5 foster kittens, and about 10 stray and feral and neighborhood cats I care for.
I could easily take on more. I take proper care of them though. All cats in my care (except for the feral ones of course) are well mannered, well groomed and well trained.
Go to a shelter and adopt some more IF YOU CAN PHYSICALLY AND FINANCIALLY CARE FOR THEM!
I can and I do. I feed them high quality food, take them for regular check ups, clean their litter boxes twice to three times daily, brush them, and get them vaccinated and fixed!
Please fix your cats. There are so many cats on death row where you can go and save them instead of making your own cats.
