    I was just wondering, what are some breeds of cats?LOL i know its a dumb question but i am stupid when it comes to cats. Its just that most cats i know and see and hear about are mixed.

      most cats you meet are domestic short medium or long hairs
      some others:
      russian blue
      maine coon
      persian
      siamese
      turkish van
      bengal
      angora
      bombay
      sphinx
      manx

      ok Persians are a nice cat but if you are looking for a low maintenance cat then this is NOT the cat for u it malts and it doesn’t like other cats.

      blue Russians are Beautiful loving cats they are usally grey and love other cats and their owners they are low matenece and they raeVeryy playful.

      tabby is a norm cat it comes in differt colours and it has differentpersonality’ss.

      There are lots of breeds. It would take too long to type them all, but I’ll give you the urls for CFA, ACFA, TICA and you can look up the various breeds.

      You’re correct - less than 3% of the cats on this entire PLANET are a specific breed.
