No they are fools. You should really make sure that you keep your dog away from their cat. You can be fined for not restraining your dog.

your neighbor is full of BS… if the cat is pregnant, its pregnant with some stray cat. A dog and a cat cannot make babies together.. the genes just do not match up.
Your dog was humping the cat to show dominance.. not to try to mate.
Tell your neighbor you want paternal testing done (oh yes, they can do it on animals!).. tell them that if the dog is the daddy, you will pay for the testing and take the babies.. if the dog is not the daddy they are stuck with the bill and the kittens.

I dog cannot impregnate a cat. i think they’ve seen catdog off nick to much. they’re different species.

Keep your dog on your own property and tell your moron neighbors to get their pets fixed. Especially if they’re the kind that think cats and dogs can breed with each other.
