The new trend for “wild looking” cats, is breeding more agressive/vicious cats, BUT!!!
It’s only for the first few generations, and the breeders tend to be very careful as to what happens to them. Example: proper caging, strict warnings to potential adopters, etc.
Serious breeders want “wild” looks, but also docile personalities.
Look up some breeder websites and see what it’s all about.
Just type Bengal into Yahoo Search.
What are you talking about? A hybrid is simply a mixed breed.
You mean like Bengals? Or Savannahs?
Cats bred to small wildcat breeds are obviously more athletic and not as domesticated.
How they behave is largely based on how much thier owner knows about them and what owner does to see to it they get what they need.
Bengals have to be third generation to be considered a true Bengal.
Anything that is part wild animal is part wild- they do not act like housecats or dogs. They hunt, they bite, they scratch, they kill small animals, and they may or may not want anything to do with humans. It doesn’t matter what type of wildcat was used, wild is wild.

Do you want a cat that looks wild but has no wild blood in it? Check out Pixie Bobs. They are domestics that are bred to look like bobcats.
